Today is not only Good Friday, it also marks the end of my three month Gluten Free trial.
I am a little disappointed that there has been no improvement to my psoriasis, but it was definitely worth a try. I've also learned a lot about what is in various foods, and this has just increased my desire to eat well and stay informed about what I put in my system.
Mostly, though, I am happy. I can now eat some of my favourite treats again. Although I will have to be very careful to curb my desire to bake too many glutenous goodies, for fear of my body going into shock with a sudden intake.
But it is Good Friday, so I'll begin with indulging in a couple of Hot Cross Buns...

Damn, that is a shame it didn't help as much as you hoped.
I am thinking of doing something similar as my system seems to be reacting badly to something. Just wish there was a pattern I could track.
Have a great Easter, and don't OD on the chocolate!
Enjoy! I have had, in the past, mild psoriasis, so I empathise.
Happy Easter!
Have you tried cutting out all sugar and limiting processed foods? Have I ased you that before?
I did it a couple of years ago and it made a huge difference.
Enjoy the hot cross buns!
Happy Easter lovely Megan. Have just caught up with all your posts this week - I've been offline a bit, and flat out with painting and kid's stuff - sorry!
And I'm sorry the diet didn't work - but was worth a try. Keep trying new things.
Look forward to more tales about your travels. Happy 18mths to Gorgeous Abbey, and loved reading about Hubby!
Take care.
