Point And Shoot - In The Treetops

Yesterday, I spent an afternoon in the treetops. Yep, that's me in the green top (which annoyingly blends in with the leaves!) in this picture.

A new spot for tree adventures has recently opened in the area I live and my niece decided to have her tenth birthday party there. I took part in the high ropes courses as an adult helper, so my day was full of climbing, tightrope walks and flying foxes. It was so much fun; I could have quite happily hung around all day.

Now that looks like a fun place to visit, I must add it to the weekend to-do adventure list some time soon.

Oh Megan, I am SO SO SO jealous. I did a high ropes course a while back.....inclding a leap of faith, and it was AMAZING! I am desparate to do it again!

Did you sleep well afterwards? Or were you buzzing to much?

You daring thing you! This reminds me of climbing Gloucester Tree in Pemberton, south of Perth. It's really, really high. But you get to climb on little ladder type thingies. The view at the top is amazing!

Great stuff.

That sounds like so much fun! I did a similar treetop climb at cape Trib. It was lovely - but was also a litle scary.
