Sunset - easy. Right? I thought so, especially when we ended up at a beautiful beach for the night and I could imagine a stunning pink sky over the water.
But when you're freezing and sore and had to finish hiking because you could hardly move (thanks, dodgy knee)... things become a bit harder to do. And so, when the sun set, I was perched in the back of my parents' car (which was to be my bed for the night) with food and (ahem) wine. And layers upon layers of clothing.
Oops.
