What's happening at our place...

When I decided to reduce my daughter's childcare hours, I thought I should step up and give her some more activities to do at home.

It's freezing cold here right now, so indoor activities are the necessity (mixed with a brisk walk or trike ride here and there!).

This last week, we've been doing lots of...

Necklace-making

Crafting

Baking

Playing

What's been happening at your place this week?

This is great - I love the photos:):) we have been busy building or nearly building a new garden shed, weeding, studying, weeding, and oh! did I remember weeding.

Have a great day tomorrow:)

Lots happening here. Cleaning up, tossing out, baking. Check out my snickerdoodles recipe for something to bake with your girl.

The pictures of your daughter are great!!! It seems you know how to spend creatively your time and people around you must have a wonderful time, finding out interesting activities day by day...

Having an unusual break from freelancing. The girls and I are enjoying our vacation and finding local adventures. When my girls were younger (like your kid), we began Home School. It was amazing to see how much they quickly absorbed.

This post made me think it's time to quit my job and stay home with the little one!

Adorable! Looks like you two have been having fun! Would you please check out my blog? I'm learning as I go and need ideas and suggestions from people who know how to design better than I do. Thanks so much!

Hi there I'm new to your blog and already love it. I sell kaleidoscope kits at work and the children LOVE putting them together. You can find dried flowers, pebbles, stones and whatever else you'd like to put in the tube and then decorating the tube is the most fun! Maybe you'll see one around you area!

Those pictures are great! The baking picture is so cute, with the rolled up sleeves. The weekends are when we get to spend the most time with the kids...this weekend we'll be going to the beach and a concert in the park. Luckily for us, the weather has been beautiful.

Great photos!! We too have been doing a lot of cooking, playing, and exploring our new town! Feeding the ducks at the local park is also a favorite!!!

What great pictures, and ideas! I care for two little girls that look about the same ages, and I'm always looking for fun new ideas - they love arts and crafts (especially that can be a little messy!). Thanks for sharing!

I was out of town last week which was lovely, hanging out at the beach on Lake Michigan.

At my home, I imagine my cat and bird did a lot of sleeping in between visits from my dad to feed them.
